Cancellation, Shipping & Return Policy
Orders for in stock items placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day the order is made. All orders placed after 3:00pm Eastern Standard time will be shipped the following day. Not including holidays and weekends.
The customer has up to 3:00pm to cancel his or her order the day it is shipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return. The customer is responsible for getting the product returned unopened and undamaged. Shipping and Handling fees will still be applied and a 20% restocking fee will be also. Shipping is only Monday through Friday.
You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 7 days from receipt of the product.
UPS charges a $9 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.
