Cancellation, Shipping & Return Policy
All orders placed by 3pm Eastern time will ship the following day with exception to UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select orders. We ship Monday - Thursday. Not including holidays, Fridays and weekends.
The customer has up to 3:00pm to cancel his or her order the day it is shipped. If the customer chooses to cancel the order after it has been shipped, it will be treated as a return. The customer is responsible for getting the product returned unopened and undamaged. Shipping and Handling fees will still be applied and a 20% restocking fee will be also. Shipping is only Monday through Thursday.
You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 7 days from receipt of the product.
UPS charges a $9 surcharge for delivery attempts to an incorrect address. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to customers who supply an incorrect address.
